My background is as Licensed Associate Broker , Appraiser, Investor, and Landlord in New York. Most of my business has been done on Long Island and the 5 Burroughs of New York City. I have been in the Real Estate Business for over 15 years. Over the years I have been able to help many people buy and sell homes.
Real Estate is a cyclical business and has many up and downs. It is also a 24/7 365 business, there is not much down time. You need to be available when your customers want you to be. I found away to get repeat customers in the Real Estate business, but it is still not residual. I truly believe you need to have Multiple Income Streams, which offer Residual Income. So I started to look at other opportunities, to add to my income streams that would give me residual income and more time freedom in the future.
